Privacy Policy

Effective June 28, 2026. This policy explains how Version 0.1 handles information when you use AskGenieBhai Discovery.

Policy 01

Information you provide

Discovery processes the business question or material description you submit. Do not include personal data, credentials, trade secrets, or confidential information you are not authorized to share.

Policy 02

How information is used

Your submission is used to generate and display an opportunity assessment, operate the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.

Policy 03

AI processing

When the production AI provider is enabled, your submission is sent securely to that provider for processing. GBOS requests that generated responses are not stored by the model API, while the provider may retain limited data as described by its own policies and legal obligations.

Policy 04

Storage and logs

Version 0.1 does not provide user accounts or a saved-report database. Hosting platforms and service providers may still create technical logs containing request metadata, timestamps, network information, or error details.

Policy 05

Sharing

GBOS does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and AI service providers needed to operate the service, or disclosed when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Policy 06

Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the service, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to submit.

Changes

This policy may evolve as GBOS adds capabilities. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
